Following the acquisitions of Integratech, Sunlux, Spécéclair and Spécilux, the Lighting Développement Group pursues its development by finalizing the acquisition of SFEL in France and Lunoo in Belgium. Ciclad is supporting this build-up strategy, enabling Lighting Développement to expand into new markets and geographies, and to round out its offering, which remains focused on sustainable, energy-efficient lighting products.
Founded in 1976 and headed by Bruno Charnay, SFEL specializes in the design and manufacture of professional lighting solutions for the commercial, industrial and architectural sectors. The company employs around forty people. Bruno Charnay is involved in the project to build a pan-European platform, supporting the integration and implementation of synergies.
Lunoo is a Belgian company specializing in the design of luminaires for retail outlets. This acquisition will enable the Group to pursue its development in Belgium and continue to expand in the retail segment, as is already the case in France with the Sunlux and Spécilux brands.
