Third build-up for DESMAREZ who has acquired TEL, a company based in Saint Pol sur Mer, near Dunkerque. TEL (Télécommunication Electronique du Littoral), founded in 1978, has genuine expertise in radio communications, video security, conference translation and sound systems. This acquisition will enable DESMAREZ to pursue its territorial coverage and strengthen its position in Northern France, while rounding out its range of solutions.
Following the acquisition in December 2022 of Bordeaux leader SYRADE, and in February 2024 of Avignon-based ATOS RADIOCOM, the DESMAREZ Group now employs 45 people and is targeting sales of around €20 million after this acquisition, up sharply on its sales of €10 million at the time of the transfer transaction organized in 2021 by CICLAD and supported by Société Générale Capital Partenaires.
