First build-up for our GROUPE VITTORI shareholding, with the acquisition of Pargaud, based in Bart (25).
Founded in 1980, PARGAUD provides a full range of painting services (interior and decorative, rendering, exterior thermal insulation) and plastering services for fitting-out projects, suspended ceilings, modular partitions and technical floors. This acquisition will enable GROUPE VITTORI to round out its offering and strengthen its position as the leading independent company in eastern France.
The VITTORI GROUP welcomed CICLAD to its capital in October 2023, in order to enable a managerial and capital transition and to benefit from our support in a highly relevant consolidation project in this field of activity. This first acquisition marks the start of the Group’s development strategy, which involves strengthening its presence in complementary trades and new geographical areas.
Following this acquisition, the VITTORI GROUP is approaching €30 million in sales and 200 employees.
