Together, we are proud of the results of 2024, a remarkable year for Ciclad in every respect!
On the investment front, 3 new investments in our Ciclad Entreprise fund (Phen’X Technologies in the Lyon region, Centaure Investissements in the South-West, BMI in Pays de Loire) for €13m; 2 new investments in our Ciclad 7 fund (Allegro in the Paris region, Airplane in Toulouse) for €17m and 9 build-ups carried out on portfolio companies.
On the fund-raising front, we closed the Ciclad 7 fund with an enlarged portfolio of top-tier investors, who have placed their trust in us despite a very difficult fund-raising environment; and we successfully launched our Ciclad 7 feeder for individual investors and independent asset managers.
On the divestment front, we had a record year with some very fine deals (average multiple x 3.8), representing €138m for our Ciclad 6 fund (out of a total fund size of €180m).
And last but not least, the human dynamic remains strong, with a loyal team reinforced by three new arrivals: Gwendal Morgan (Deputy CFO), Eliesse Boudokhanne (Private Investor Relations) and Claire Bohy (Financial Controller). Bernard de Lambertye is also our first work-study student in the Lyon office. Our September seminar was dedicated to solidarity, with SOLIENCO and a day of exchanges with young people reintegrated into society at the Centre Epide d’Alès-La Grand’Combe.
And the younger generation is on its way, with three births in December!
