✍ Ciclad Entreprise has just acquired a majority stake in Izentit, a specialist in the digital sale of original spare parts. This is a primary MBI transaction alongside an experienced takeover manager, Benjamin Maquet, and the founders, who are reinvesting in the operation.
️ Izentit develops a white-label e-commerce business on behalf of dealers. In return for a commission on sales, the company brings them business volume (mainly from individual customers) and services to facilitate order fulfillment. Izentit first developed in France in the world of two-wheelers, before opening up more recently to international markets and other product families (automotive, marine, motorcycle, etc.).
✅ Izentit has achieved a sales volume of over €20 million in 2024, and will be able to take advantage of favorable e-commerce and “do-it-yourself” trends to support its future growth.
